Greyhound Gathering - Kanab
The Greyhound Gathering –Kanab is a 3-day event filled with love and laughter
and hounds. It is a major fundraiser with 100% of the proceeds going to rescue hounds still very much in need.
At the Gathering, our hounds go everywhere – meals, hikes, parade, Blur of Fur run, shopping, talks, movies, golf and more. I started it in 1999 from a desire to attend Dewey, but I did not have the money to get there. Since there were no Gatherings in the West – I had it – and they came! Kanab's Greyhound Gathering is the biggest fundraiser where 100% of the funds helps rescue greyhounds that would not find homes but for the over 300 volunteer adoption groups that care.
