Our on-line auction ended 5/19, but the next one starts 6/2.

Below is a chart of all the contests, with dates for emailing pictures and dates for admiring. Voting restrictions have all been lifted. You can vote as often and as much as you'd like. Have at it and enjoy seeing all these wonderful hounds.

Beau has stamina. Much loved by hundreds of ladies on the Yahoo Embroidery list, he held off all valiant attempts to pass him, and finished strong. He's obviously a guy used to the finer things in life, like leather sofas and the adoration of women.

SEND A PHOTO - GUIDELINES
Here's how it works. You email pertinent photos to me during the first week of the month. Greyhound or greyhound mix pictures only. (Please read the guidelines below, as I cannot accept photos unless sent correctly) Then, the last two weeks of the month, photos will be admired/voted on by other greyhound lovers. The most admired photo and my personal pick photo will be displayed here the following month, and the hounds will receive a prize from Greyhound Gang.
Email your digital photos to Claudia. Please follow these rules:
1. Your email subject line says - Contest Name, with the dog's name also.
2. One photo per family, at this time, please. Submitter's name must be in the email.
3. CLEAR & In Focus. No red or green or weird eyes. No fuzzy pictures. Etc.
4. JPG or GIF only. Name photo with dog name.
5. Photos will be displayed exactly as sent. So crop before you send if needed.
6. Reasonably big, but not too big (i.e. too big is 1 MB or larger. ) 400 by XXX is the smallest size to send.
7. Best if subject is distinct from background. i.e. mostly dog in picture without lots of background disturbance
8. Picture must fit contest. For instance: Dress Me Up! Guess what - only pictures of hounds in a costume of some kind. Just a hat is OK.
ADMIRE A HOUND
At the end of every auction, admiration voting will happen. Photos will be displayed from those you have sent. Those photos will be admired/voted on by your peers for the last two weeks of each month. Admiration begins on a Monday at 9 pm MT, and ends on a subsequent Monday at 9 pm MT. Contest dates appear in the table below, and on the front page of the web site. The most admired photo will appear on the Gang's web site the following month. A prize will be awarded for the most admired hound and my personal pick.
Note: We have yet again updated our software. Even with constant changes, we couldn't curtail over zealous voting for very loved hounds. While we love that everyone loves their hounds, we don't love getting all the complaints. So now, we're trying one last way to make this work. You can vote as much as you want, as often as you want. Yep - have at it. We give up trying to monitor the admiration/votes. Percentages vs numbers will be shown. Google Ads will appear on the thank you page, in an attempt to pay the programmer for all the changes.
Prizes: Prizes are at the discretion of Greyhound Gang and are currently our most excellent booklets. A prize given for most admired hound, and for my personal pick.
