Photo Contest - Greyhound Gathering Kanab 2008
Show off your gorgeous hounds to everyone at the Gathering, and potentially win some really nice prizes. Best Friends photography team will be the judges.
What:
Show off your photos of your hounds, for all at the Greyhound Gathering to see. All proceeds benefit Almost Home for Hounds. This is an amateur contest. Really cool prizes will be awarded. First place prize valued at over $100.
Who:
Non-gathering attendees can send in one favorite hound photo. Gathering guests can bring two with them to enter. The incredible Best Friends photographers will choose their favorite photos from all entered.
Where:
Photos will be displayed at the Gathering’s Artisan Room, during the Gathering. Winning photos will be on the Gang’s web site. Right here. The big winner will be the Loved Hound for June, with their picture on the Gang's front page.
When:
Non-Gathering attendees can enter one photo only, by 5/5. Gathering attendees can bring two photos, to enter at the Gathering. Winners will be announced at the Gathering. Winning photos will be displayed on Gang’s web site.
How:
$10 entry fee for one photo. $15 entry fee for two photos - Gathering Guests only. No photos will be returned. Photos must be 5 x 7 or SMALLER. Put your name, dog name, address, phone, email address on the back of the photo. To enter, click here.

If coming to Gathering, enter your photo at the Gathering on Friday, from 11 – 4, or 8 – 10 pm, in the Artisan Room at Greyhound Gang booth. Visa/MC or checks accepted.
We will accept all photos sent that meet the guidelines, and admire them all. As with all photo contests, images that evoke emotions, are unique, are clear without a lot of background distraction stand the best chance of winning prizes. And I always give away the best prizes.
Some Guidelines:
Color or Black/White.
Glossy or Matte.
5 x 7 or smaller.
You hold the copyright.
Contact info must be on back of photo.
